Shipping & Returns

UK orders

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail or other available courier services. Orders received by 12 noon are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Shipping cost are as follows:

  • £4.95 shipping charge for orders under £10
  • £10 shipping charge for orders from £10 t o£36
  • FREE Delivery for orders over £36.

Delivery delays

During peak times and periods of high demand, your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. In which case we will do our best to track down your package. To avoid sending duplicates we will wait at least 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.

International delivery

Unfortunately, due to Brexit and a change in regulations, we cannot deliver outside of the UK for the time being. We hope to be able to deliver to some European countries again soon


If you’re not satisfied with any of our products, you can return them for a full refund or exchange but only for up to 14 days after purchase.  To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When returning an item please include the original packing slip where possible. If you don’t have this, please include a note with your order number – otherwise we will not be able to refund you!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are sending back items over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation, notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your credit card or other method of payment will be automatically credited with the amount.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund is late, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the funds are officially posted.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If this is the case, or you have been sent the wrong item, please email as soon as possible, with evidence of the problem.
