UK orders

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail or other available courier services. Orders received by 12 noon are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Shipping cost are as follows:

  • £4.95 shipping charge for orders under £10
  • £10 shipping charge for orders from £10 t o£36
  • FREE Delivery for orders over £36.

Delivery delays

During peak times and periods of high demand, your parcel could take a little longer to arrive. In which case we will do our best to track down your package. To avoid sending duplicates we will wait at least 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.

International delivery

Unfortunately, due to Brexit and a change in regulations, we cannot deliver outside of the UK for the time being. We hope to be able to deliver to some European countries again soon

Returns

If something is not quite right with your order, please email hello@saidaskitchen.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 
 
We offer a 14 day refund policy, from the day you purchased. Any unwanted items must be returned with their packaging unopened and in the same condition you received them in. If something has been opened, unfortunately we cannot accept these as returns, unless faulty. For any quality related issues we will reimburse you for postage. 
 
Please note that you will have to cover the shipping costs for your returned order. If a refund is processed, the original shipping cost will be deducted and the money will be in your account within 30 days. 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation, notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your credit card or other method of payment will be automatically credited with the amount.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund is late, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the funds are officially posted.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If this is the case, or you have been sent the wrong item, please email hello@saidaskitchen.com as soon as possible, with evidence of the problem.
